Welcome to the Designer in Virtual Apparel (tm). Before enjoying the benefits of the software; we have a few rules to understand. The creation described herein, Software & Server is offered without warranty, liability or guarantee of continuty or continuous service and is provided for entertainment purposes. You agree to save harmless the grantor and its agents from all liability or loss percieved or not; from agreements percieved or not. All losses & liability real or percieved real.

The Online Software IS is the Integrated Sloper - Utility System Pro Ver b. 31 Beta is offered on a limited non-continual basis and is an integrated product to the desktop pattern drafting system DiVA v4.5i. The applicant-entity of/within and registered on the Internet by consenting to these terms you are granted access over the Internet to deliver the system under a restriction of non-disclosure of the invention/system and thus constitutes a non public disclosure of technologies during development of the system before final versions are offered by contract/fee or agreement. The participant understands and agrees to participate with the online technologies as a non-diclosure beta participant and agree not to disclose to a third party unless that party being under the terms of this agreement. You also acknowledge you do not represent a competing organization with intent to reverse engineer or acquire copyright media and business ideas or practices.

The user is granted access but NOT a license to ISUS or to the software IS Integrated Sloper Utility System to assist in the development of online beta pattern library for the benefit of the site and the vendor in increasing the online pattern catalog. The participant agrees to a non disclosure of the technologies while the software and online pattern system is in development or continued development. The recipient of the softwares agrees to not reverse engineer or advise/engage individuals reengineering the technologies.

Submission of content: media, measurements, designs, intellectual property content are voluntary, free from from copyright/ or are original works, designs and or photo images are submitted granting use and benefits to the site.

I agree not to submit inapropriate materials or behave in a destructive or abusive manner. Materials may be removed as well as the online patterns & services suspended without notice.

The participant agrees to participate respectfully, creatively and colaboratively with the organization and other participants for the greater good in an honest, professional & ethical manner; obeying site rules and grants authority to the organization to enforce the rules and suspend or terminate services and licenses without renumeration.

The software is offered without warrantee or guarantee of suitability for any purpose.

The FREE trial Print mode (Print Forever) and operating the software in Printmode is for personal non-commercial usage only for the greater good. To use the software and participate commercially a software license is required.

The original creation of patterns & designs remains the property of the creator(s) using the systems; whereas the participant has properly purchased a license to operate the software

Accept understanding of the rules for the participation, management and distribution of the patterns, software and server technologies offered solely for the benefit of the organization and participants to enjoy the benefits.

The terms of use is subject to change and as required at the descretion of the organization,
